'G.I. Joe: The Rise Of Cobra' Stars Sienna Miller And Rachel Nichols Enjoyed Their Fight

"G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra" is out on Friday. Lots of action. One of the highlights -- not the best mind you, but up there -- is when the Baroness (Sienna Miller) and Scarlett (Rachel Nichols) throw down for a bare-knuckle brawl. Well, it's not all bare-knuckle. I recall some flying feet. And chains. No hair-pulling though. This ain't no cat fight; these sisters are serious.

The ultimate boys' toy is coming to the big screen in the shape of GI Joe - the US version of the doll the British know as Action Man.
Actress Rachel Nichols, a former model who was seen earlier this summer as a green-skinned alien in Star Trek, is a member of the GI Joe team out to defeat the evil Cobra organisation, headed by Sienna Miller.
The 29-year-old plays Scarlett, whose ninja skills and talent with a crossbow come in useful when dealing with deadly assassins.
We caught up with Nichols last month on a day that began with her and her co-stars being sped down the River Thames for a photo opportunity at HMS Belfast.
That was quite an entrance you made this morning...
Oh my gosh, they did not adequately prepare us for this morning! It was so much fun: I'm from New England, from a world of boats and oceans, so I had a real laugh. It was hysterical: there were these little dinghies, we're bopping through the water and all of us got drenched. It was a riot to start a day of press that way.
Sienna Miller Celebrated Valentines's Day With Nichols

SIENNA MILLER and RACHEL NICHOLS struck up such a close friendship on the set of G.I. JOE, they spent Valentine's Day together. The Alfie star bonded with Nichols between takes and the pair turned to each other for comfort during their time spent making the action movie. Single Miller and Star Trek actress Nichols, who split from producer husband Scott Stuber earlier this year (09), even spent the most romantic day of the year in each other's company. Miller says, "We needed each other - it (film set) was a very testosterone-fuelled environment. We actually spent Valentine's Day together, in my bed!" Nichols adds, "We all got on so well making the film - we spent all of our time together."

SIENNA MILLER epitomised Hollywood glamour at last night’s premiere of GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra in Los Angeles, California.
The British actress looked gorgeous in gold, showing just enough skin in the long capped-sleeve gown.
With a swept-back fringe and gentle waves, Sienna’s stunning blonde locks contrasted beautifully with her deep red lipstick and dark eyebrows.
But she wasn’t the only red carpet beauty at the stateside premiere – co-star Rachel Nichols and the wife of lead actor Channing Tatum, Jenna Dewan, looked almost as exquisite in their less conservative frocks.
Rachel Nichols, 29, wore a white asymmetrical backless gown, showing plenty of skin with the floor-length dress cut low at the back.
Complete with a cheeky ruffle above the booty, Rachel also opted for a red lipstick and accessorised with elegant emerald earrings.

Warner Bros. Records will release the original soundtrack to Alcon Entertainment and Alloy Entertainment’s new film THE SISTERHOOD OF THE TRAVELING PANTS 2, on August 5th, one day before the movie, hits theaters nationwide.
The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2 – Soundtrack features music by Cyndi Lauper, Missy Higgins, Craig David, Hot Hot Heat and Eric Hutchinson, whose song "Rock & Roll" will be the first single off the album.
